I'M GOING NUTS
I am addicted to this Natural Cocktail Mix by Camel brand ( 450g, $8.90 ). I eat them at work and at home. I am munching them as I post this entry. I am debating if I should eat them secretly on the MRT. I console myself they are a much healthier alternative where snacks are concerned. The other snacks I allow at home are fruits and dark chocolate. No more ice cream. No more nothing (unless instant noodles are considered snacks, and that, I'm afraid I eat too much of). I don't want to put on more weight but I don't want to eat less and less often. Go figure (although not much of a figure left :) These raisins, figs, cashews, almonds and pistachios are fibre rich, baked and without salt (it says so on the pack). I love crunch time.
